Justin Morello

Justin Morello spent over a decade advising and representing large multi-national corporations, guiding them through crisis, and resolving their legal issues. By founding Morello Law, P.C., Justin brought that same quality of service to individuals. Justin now brings his over two decades of experience as a defense attorney, in-house counsel, and as a plaintiff’s attorney, to his Mediation practice.

Justin has extensive experience in California wage and hour law, including commission plans, overtime, vacation, minimum wage, expense reimbursement, regular rate, and misclassification claims. Justin has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in individual, class, and representative actions. He has defended class actions with thousands of members and has been appointed class counsel for thousands of class members.

He also has represented plaintiffs and defendants in discrimination, disability, leave, retaliation, protective covenant, and whistleblower claims. Justin has represented clients in company ownership disputes, high-stakes contract disputes, and helped clients navigate complex business disputes. He has successfully resolved matters for clients in Federal and State Court as well as through trial, arbitration, and mediation.
