Justin Morello

Justin Morello brings a rare "360-degree" perspective to mediation, having sat in every seat at the negotiating table: Big Law defense counsel, Fortune 50 in-house counsel, and plaintiff’s advocate.

For over a decade, Justin advised multi-national corporations through crisis and litigation, giving him an insider’s understanding of corporate risk calculus and internal decision-making. By founding Morello Law, P.C., he brought that same caliber of advocacy to individuals, successfully representing plaintiffs in high-stakes employment and business disputes.

Today, Justin leverages this experience to bridge the gap between parties. As former in-house counsel for a Fortune 50 company, Justin speaks the language of corporate decision-makers, helping defense counsel explain risk to their clients while ensuring plaintiffs feel heard and understood.

His practice focuses on complex business and employment disputes; with extensive experience in California Wage & Hour law—including PAGA, commission plans, and misclassification—as well as discrimination, whistleblower, and executive compensation disputes. Having served as both appointed class counsel and defense counsel for classes of thousands, Justin possesses the technical expertise and the credibility to resolve your most intractable disputes.
